Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds is a lilac point Champion Stock Traditional Siamese.  Her father was a Longhair Siamese, so she is a variant, which means she carries the gene for long hair.  Lucy's coat is extremely soft.  Her mellow disposition makes her an ideal queen.   Lucy has a complete pedigree with TCA and she is also registered with the American Cat Association.  She is a proven and reliable queen that has produced all healthy beautiful kittens from several litters.  Her Traditional Balinese kittens by Saki are beautiful and they are considered hypoallergenic or low allergen as they have frequently gone to people who suffer from allergies to cats and they have little to no problems with her Balinese kittens (all by our stud Saki).

Thonga is an exceptionally rare Suphalak imported from Thailand.  She made history in 2013 when she became the first Suphalak ever exported out of Thailand.  In September of 2015, she became the very first Suphalak ever registered by an established cat registry (the American Cat Association)!  There are only a tiny handful of true Suphalaks with proper red/pink paw pads and nose leather in the world.  Thonga is the only proven, officially documented and properly registered Suphalak in the world  with the correct features (bright yellow eyes, whole body copper and red/pink skin including paw pads).  The revered Thai cat breeder Kamnan Preecha (of Baan Maew Thai in Amphawa, Thailand) put a value on her at $6,000 even before she was proven sound for breeding.  Thonga has produced a female ('Lorna') with her same color and she is being retained by Thai Dee Maew.  Both Thonga and Lorna are recorded in Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suphalak   Thonga has also given us several outstanding Tibetans that are making history alongside their Suphalak mother.  These Tibetans were the first of their breed to be registered with an established American cat registry, the ACA.  Anyone would be hard pressed to find another cat from Thailand that has contributed more to the cat fancy than Thonga and her legacy is far from over!

Suphalaks are required to have these characteristics: bright yellow eye color, pink paw pads with the same color nose leather and uniform/solid ('whole body') copper color. Such cats are extremely difficult to find in Thailand and even MORE difficult to breed in controlled cattery situation. These cats are considered auspicious and 'rarer than hen's teeth.'

Tessa has made history as one of the first Tibetans born in America!  Tessa was the first ever Tibetan registered with the American Cat Association and not as an 'experimental breed,' but as a recognized NEW BREED!  She is eligible for registration in the Netherlands and various other registries that accepts Tibetans.  Her mother is Thonga and her father is Saki.  She was bred and raised right here at Thai Dee Maew.  Her dazzling, expressive eyes continue to turn more aqua as she matures.  Tessa has such a sweet and tranquil disposition; it makes her ideal for motherhood.    This gorgeous junior queen of Thai Dee Maew has all the potential of helping us to put our cattery on the world map for being one of the few breeders of Tibetans and the only breeders of these amazing cats in America.  Tessa has much to contribute to the breed, not only because of her rare genetic diversity, but because of her fine features, wonderful disposition and striking color (a chocolate mink).

Tessa had her first litter on September 21st, 2015

Lorna is the pride and joy of Thai Dee Maew Cattery!  She is a full sister to Tessa yet she is a Registered chocolate Siam Shorthair with ACA.  The attempt of this breeding was to produce a solid reddish-copper toned chocolate traditional Thai-style Oriental with yellow eyes; Lorna is a fine example! Her color is the right one for a Suphalak as well since she has the required pink paw pads and lighter colored nose leather with bright yellow eyes.  Now that she carries the gene for a Balinese coat, it is hoped that when she is mated to our new junior stud 'Prince'  her kittens will also be the same color (and/or Tibetans) with the hypoallergenic semi-long coats that the Balinese are known for

Lorna had her first litter on October 11th, 2015

Joy is a first generation natural mink Tibetan that was born here at Thai Dee Maew.  Her mother is Thonga and father is Saki.  We couldn't be more please with her!  Her huge eyes are amazing and she has a heart of gold.  Joy is the only queen we have that has the ability to produce natural mink standard longhaired Tibetans.  She did not disappoint us on Valentines Day, 2016 when she presented us with three wonderful Tibetans, two of which are longhaired natural minks.  They were reserved within days after birth!

Twyla is a striking and rare Torbie point Original style Siamese (Traditional Balinese variant) from our imported Original Siamese queen Tina and our stud Saki.  Her coat is very soft!  Notice the exotic stripes on her forelegs and tail.  She carries for lynx point and red/cream points.  She is also pure Thai and perhaps the only one in America with that is not a hybrid mix with this color pattern.  Twyla has amazing eyes!  Her disposition is unforgettable as she is sweet and mellow with visitors making her an ideal queen for passing on this trait to her future kittens.  We breed for rare qualities, health and exceptional dispositions; Twyla is a perfect example of this!  Her registration is with TCA and the American Cat Association.

Thai Dee Maew is proud to announce Twyla's winnings in TCA's 2015 Purebred cat show:
1st place - BEST CAT IN SHOW!!!
2nd place -  BEST IN SHOW!!!
1st place -  Traditional Colorpoint Siamese Best Cat (over 8 months)
1st place -  Traditional Colorpoint Siamese Best Kitten (5-8 months)

Twyla had her first litter February 25, 2016

Tiara is a blue eyed white Traditional Balinese (from our queen Tikka and stud Saki).  Bred with Prince, her kittens can only be longhaired.  Her coat is incredibly soft and her eyes are a large stunning blue color.  If you are looking for Balinese, consider her kittens in either white or pointed.  Tiara impresses everyone who sees her and the response is always "WOW..."
Tiara had her first litter February 29, 2016 (leap day).

Starla is our newest upcoming junior queen and she is breathtaking!  This girl was born here at Thai Dee Maew in 2016.  Her mother is Lorna (also born here) and her father is Prince.  Starla is a stunning solid black Siam Longhair with a magnificent glossy coat. She has perfect almond shaped eyes and a lovely regal appearance!  Her kittens will be our third generation that combines all of our Kings and they'll be descended directly down from our invaluable imported Suphalak, Thonga.  Thonga knows that Starla is her darling granddaughter and they are inseparable.  When she is bred to Bailey, her kittens will all be longhaired, very low-allergen and they'll come in solids (black, chocolate and blue) as well as pointed (seal, chocolate and blue).  Starla has a zen-like gentle and sophisticated disposition that could turn the harshest aggression towards her into the most relaxed, loving and tolerant being possible.  Very few cats have a disposition like her.  We are hopeful that she will pass on all her wonderful traits to her kittens in the years to come.

Tina (now retired) is a very rare Original Siamese imported from Thailand in September of 2013.  She is a cream lynx point and she is completely unrelated to the hybrid/impure lynx (and 'flame points') commonly found in Western countries.  Her coat is very soft and she passed this on to her kittens.  She's a sweet, mild-mannered submissive girl and an excellent mother!  Bred with Saki, her male kittens could only be red/cream (a.k.a. 'flame') points and her female kittens can only be tortie or torbie/tortie lynx point.  Unfortunately due to outside ignorance and a lack of interest in her rare color, we decided to retire her early.  However, we have retained her stunning Tortie Lynx Point/Torbie daughter 'Twyla' as she is a variant-longhair carrier and we expect some really interesting colored Balinese and Siamese kittens from her in the future.  Tina's registration is with TCA and the American Cat Association.

Thaisha
 (retired)
is a half sister to Tikka.  They are both Khao Manee (white Siamese) that came from the same breeder in Thailand.  Thaisha was imported to the USA in September of 2013.  She is a favorite here due to her A+++ wonderful, affectionate disposition that she passes on to her kittens.  Thaisha is a cat that always needs affection and attention.  Her large expressive odd-eyes are considered very lucky.  Her one eye is mosaic (has two colors).

Tikka  (retired) is a rare odd-eyed Champion Khao Manee imported from Thailand in September of 2013.  This is the white Siamese of Thailand that is coveted and once exclusively bred by royalty in the Kingdom of Siam.  Khao Manee (meaning white gem in Thai) is the exact same race of cat as the pointed Siamese, so when bred to a pure Siamese, the race is the same.  They are a natural breed of cat, which means they have always been allowed to breed with any other color of cat so long as the origins of that cat are from Thailand.  Tikka has proven to be an excellent mother.  Her registration is with TCA and ACA.

Tikka is expecting a new litter with Saki the week of May 22nd, 2016.

Thai Dee Maew is proud to announce Tikka's winnings in TCA's 2015 Purebred cat show:
1st place - Best Khao Manee cat (over 8 months)

1st place - Best Khao Manee Color (White with eyes of different colors)
3rd place - BEST CAT IN SHOW!!!
